Submit url to Bykąee. How to submit a web resource to Bykąee: 
Search in Bykąee using some appropriate keywords
Click on "Submit a web resource to ByKąee" link (in the top)
Enter a title, an url, a description and select the type of resource.
Then click on "Submit" button
